Effortless Shopping from Amazon, eBay, and Beyond — Delivered to Iran

Laklak Group built a service for something most Iranians had long given up on: easily ordering from Amazon, eBay, AliExpress and other foreign stores, and actually receiving the package at their door. Customers paste a product link, Laklak's team handles the foreign purchase, the international shipping, the currency conversion and customs paperwork, and then delivers it inside Iran. When the founders came to us in 2017, the operation already worked end to end — but the digital side was holding it back. Users had to navigate a confusing ordering flow, the pricing felt like a black box, and the team was answering the same questions over and over. The product needed to feel as reliable as the logistics behind it. Webrokh joined Laklak Group as a service design and consulting partner. We mapped out the full customer journey, from pasting a product link to receiving a package, looked for the moments where users hesitated or dropped off, and reshaped the order submission and price estimation flows around what people actually needed to know. The result was a digital experience that finally matched the maturity of the business behind it.
