Empowering Online Educators with Smart Tools

Oteacher was built for a wave of educators who, by 2020, found themselves teaching online almost overnight. The platform gives Iranian teachers and tutors the tools to run their own classes — managing students, organizing lesson content, and handling sessions without having to stitch together a dozen separate apps. When the founders came to Webrokh, online education had suddenly become the default and the space was crowded with general-purpose meeting tools. Oteacher needed to feel different: a workspace clearly designed for teachers, not a generic platform retrofitted for them. The product had to be approachable enough for an instructor with no technical background, while still respecting how serious educators actually structure their work. Webrokh joined Oteacher as a service design and consulting partner. We spent time understanding how independent teachers plan a course, schedule a class, and stay in touch with students between sessions, then translated those patterns into a clearer information architecture and a more focused teacher dashboard. The result was a product foundation that put the educator's daily workflow at the center, rather than treating it as an afterthought.
