Healthcare Database
Alodoctor was an Iranian healthcare initiative built around a serious idea: the country needed a proper, structured database of healthcare providers, services and information that patients could actually rely on. The product positioned itself as a digital backbone for people trying to find the right doctor, the right clinic or the right piece of medical information without wading through scattered sources. In 2017, the team came to Webrokh for a focused consulting engagement. The work wasn't a traditional design or development handoff — it was about thinking through the database, the experience around it, and how a healthcare directory could actually live and breathe online in a way that worked for both patients and the medical side of the equation. Webrokh joined Alodoctor as a consulting partner. We worked alongside the team to shape the direction of the platform, advise on the user experience and structural decisions, and help the project find a path that could carry the weight of what it was trying to be. A different kind of engagement from our usual design work — and a meaningful one.
