Payvend is the digital backbone of a new generation of smart vending machines — built so that grabbing a drink or a snack feels as easy as tapping your phone, while the operators behind the machines get the kind of visibility and control they never had with a coin slot. The product brings vending into the world of cashless payments, live inventory and remote management. When the team came to Webrokh in 2023, the hardware story was already strong but the digital experience was scattered across half-finished tools. End users needed a clean way to find a machine, pay and get their drink without thinking twice. Operators needed a real dashboard to keep stock topped up, track sales and respond to issues across a growing network of machines. Webrokh joined Payvend as its product design partner. We shaped the entire experience across the website, web app and operator panel — designing the on-machine payment flow, the live operations dashboard and the reporting tools the team uses every day. The result was a product foundation that finally matched the ambition of bringing Iranian vending into the cashless, connected era.
