Simplify, Calculate, Apartment Management

Sharjbook is a SaaS product built for the very Iranian problem of managing an apartment building — the monthly charges, the shared expenses, the receipts, the disputes about who paid what. The platform pulls all of that out of paper notebooks and group chats and into a calm, structured tool that residents, building managers and accountants can actually agree on. By 2024, the founders had a clear thesis: building management in Iran was overdue for a real software tool, and the market was finally ready for it. The challenge was that the people using this product weren't typical SaaS users — they ranged from building managers in their sixties to younger residents just wanting to know their share of the bill. The product had to feel approachable for both ends of that range, while still being powerful enough for serious accounting underneath. Webrokh joined Sharjbook as its product design partner. We shaped the experience across the website, web app and user panel — designing the resident view, the manager dashboard, and the financial flows that quietly do the heavy lifting. The result is a building-management product that finally feels like it belongs to the people using it, not the spreadsheets it replaced.
